Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing is recalling certain 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid, Lexus NX250, NX350, NX350 Hybrid, 2024-2025 Lexus RX350, RX350 Hybrid, and RX500 Hybrid vehicles. The second-row center seat belt webbing may be damaged. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 209, "Seat Belt Assemblies."

The recall was influenced by the manufacturer with about 40,922 units affected.

Description:: Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid, Lexus NX250, NX350, NX350 Hybrid, 2024-2025 Lexus RX350, RX350 Hybrid, and RX500 Hybrid vehicles. The second-row center seat belt webbing may be damaged. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 209, "Seat Belt Assemblies."
Consequeces:: A damaged seat belt may not adequately restrain an occupant, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.
Corrective action:: Dealers will inspect the seat belt webbing and replace the seat belt assembly if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 20, 2025. Owners may contact Toyota's customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's numbers for this recall are 25TA03 and 25LA03.

2025 LEXUS NX Complaints
The Lexus NX 350 has developed a very strong odor coming from the ventilation system. The smell is consistent with standing water, stale moisture, and/or mold. This is a significant health and safety concern, as I am worried there may be standing water or mold, potentially including black mold, within the HVAC/ventilation system. If mold or contaminated moisture is present, it could potentially be circulated throughout the vehicle and contribute to respiratory irritation or allergy symptoms. I brought this concern to the dealership’s attention during a routine service visit. The cabin air filter was replaced, but this did not resolve the odor or the underlying issue. The ventilation system and potential sources of moisture have not been adequately investigated or resolved, however online review do note this is a common issue with this model. Other than routine maintenance performed by the dealership, the vehicle has not been inspected or serviced elsewhere, and I have not experienced any other issues with the vehicle. I am requesting a thorough inspection of the HVAC/ventilation system and any potential sources of water intrusion or moisture to determine the cause of the odor and ensure the vehicle is safe to operate. I am very conserned with a silent health issue, lightly brished off that may lead to lung issues ond other respitory concerns. Please take this matter seriously.;
2025 LEXUS RX Complaints
The passenger rear tire (235/60R19 - Michelin Primacy A/S) randomly blew out while driving at high speeds on the highway. No trauma via a pothole or other object was noted. Tire was inflated to the manufacture recommended PSI (33 PSI). No signs came up until the tire blew out. The tire just randomly decided to give out while driving.;
2025 LEXUS RX HYBRID Complaints
The contact owns a 2025 Lexus RX Hybrid. The contact stated that while driving approximately 20 MPH, there was an abnormally loud sound coming from the vehicle. The vehicle was parked; however, upon inspecting the exterior of the vehicle, the contact became aware that the panoramic sunroof had unexpectedly fractured. The contact stated that there were no nearby vehicles nor object to impact the sunroof to cause it to fracture. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the contact was informed that the panoramic sunroof needed to be replaced. The contact was informed that the panoramic sunroof had fractured from an impact. The vehicle was in the process of being repaired. The contact stated that the failure was a known failure with the vehicle. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 10,200. The VIN was unavailable.;
2025 TOYOTA CAMRY HYBRID Complaints
2025 Toyota Camry XSE front bumper cover repeatedly pops out/separates underneath the driver and passenger side headlamps. This has been a widespread issue among a lot of 2025 Toyota Camrys but dealerships say there is no solution and has not become a recall. There absolutely needs to be a recall for this! I feel this could absolutely cause the entire bumper to come undone. There needs to be an official recall and a solution to fix this issue.;
