Thor Motor Coach is recalling certain 2023 Gemini and Compass motorhomes

Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2023 Gemini and Compass motorhomes. Washers were not installed with the roof mounting brackets.

The recall was influenced by the manufacturer with about 637 units affected.

Description:: Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2023 Gemini and Compass motorhomes. Washers were not installed with the roof mounting brackets.
Consequeces:: Without washers, the solar panel can detach and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective action:: Dealers will inspect and install washers on the mounting brackets as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 26, 2025. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000322.

2023 THOR MOTOR COACH COMPASS Complaints
There is an issue with the dash of this vehicle. The dash AC button does not work at all, and the pre collision is not working either. The Ford dealerships local to me refuse to even look at it, even though there is a recall on this exact issue, put out by Ford. Recall 22S65. Getting Ford to do anything for you is a joke. There is one dealer in the entire state that works on Ford chassis rv's and they are refusing to even take appointments at this time.;
2023 THOR MOTOR COACH GEMINI Complaints
The contact owns a 2023 Thor Motor Coach Gemini. The contact stated that the wire connecting the solenoid to the generator was burned. The solenoid was making a cranking sound while turned off. The contact stated that the head bolts had fractured and detached on the side awning rails on both sides. The skylight window was leaking water into the cabin of the camper. The contact stated that there was a warning informing the contact that the motorhome was due for an oil change that occurred earlier than expected. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V097000 (Structure, Equipment); but had not taken the motorhome to the dealer to be repaired under the recall. The dealer was contacted, and warranty coverage was discussed; however, there were no final decisions made. The motorhome was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the dealer. The failure mileage was approximately 1,478.;
