Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023 Super Duty F-250 and F-350 vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 23V-507. The driver and front passenger windows may fail to detect an obstacle while closing and not reverse direction as intended.
The recall was influenced by the manufacturer with about 9 units affected.

- Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023 Super Duty F-250 and F-350 vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 23V-507. The driver and front passenger windows may fail to detect an obstacle while closing and not reverse direction as intended.
- Consequeces:
- A window that does not automatically reverse when an obstruction is encountered increases the risk of injury.
- Corrective action:
- Dealers will update the software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 18, 2025. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25S25.
