Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2024 Twist, 2023-2024 Dazzle, Scope, Rize, Sequence, and 2022-2024 Tellaro recreational vehicles. The adhesive securing the solar panels to the roof may fail, allowing the solar panel to detach.

The recall was influenced by the manufacturer with about 1,792 units affected.

Description:: Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2024 Twist, 2023-2024 Dazzle, Scope, Rize, Sequence, and 2022-2024 Tellaro recreational vehicles. The adhesive securing the solar panels to the roof may fail, allowing the solar panel to detach.
Consequeces:: A detached solar panel can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective action:: Dealers will remove and replace the sealant, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 23, 2026. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall RC000337.

2024 THOR MOTOR COACH RIZE Complaints
Propane line from tank has multiple stress cracks from improper installation, whereas, the line was installed with the hose bent too tightly and without sufficient flexing to prevent cracks and leaks. The multiple cracks caused a severe propane leak with all related propane equipment becoming inoperable due to the severe danger.;
2024 THOR MOTOR COACH SCOPE Complaints
The 2022 RAM Promaster 1500 was converted by Thor Industries to a 2024 Thor Scope 18M in spring 2023 before I purchased it from a dealer in Connecticut. However, information concerning this conversion was not shared with the federal government as the vehicle VIN still lists it as a Promaster 1500. This caused me to miss notification for NHTSA Campaign Number 25V792000 involving a potential travel hazard created by adhesive failure leading to solar panel detachment. While traveling south to St. Johns, New Brunswick, Canada on [XXX] on [XXX], the panel on the roof did detach when the vehicle I was driving was passed by a bus. The incident occurred on a lightly traveled section of road and did not result in additional damage.
