Ford Motor Company is recalling certain 2021-2023 Lincoln Navigator

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Lincoln Navigator, Expedition, and 2022-2023 F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, F-550 SD, and F-600 SD vehicles. The windshield wiper arms may break, causing the wipers to fail.

The recall was influenced by the manufacturer with about 422,613 units affected.

Description:: Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Lincoln Navigator, Expedition, and 2022-2023 F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, F-550 SD, and F-600 SD vehicles. The windshield wiper arms may break, causing the wipers to fail.
Consequeces:: Windshield wiper failure can reduce visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective action:: Dealers will inspect and replace the wiper arms, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 5, 2026. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 26S24.Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall became searchable on NHTSA.gov on April 1, 2026.

2023 FORD EXPEDITION Complaints
While leasing this vehicle from Hertz via Priceline out of Seattle the vehicle was always was extremely difficult to keep in is own lane. Didn't matter if you were doing 20 mph or 60 mph. This was brought to Hertz via Priceline and they have not answered back to what the issues were other than saying no one else complained about it an apparently are investigating the problem. This vehicle was picked up on April 29,2026 from SeaTac and returned on May 4,2026. Neither Priceline did nothing but gave a $25 credit and Hertz will not answer any attempts to contact them.;
2023 FORD F-250 SD Complaints
I bought this truck and its got 50000 miles on it and it has a clunking noise c coming from the steering shaft took it to ford to have trailer module recall fixed and had them inspect the noise and they said the whole steering shaft needs replaced and I have co workers with f250s and they have the same noise... something comes apart in steering shaft could cause a wreck and even death... dealer said its a common issue in the f250s they replace the whole shaft to fix the issue!;
2023 FORD F-350 SD Complaints
Vehicle randomly hesitates to shift (slip/flare), usually from 3-4 or 8-9 gears. It is sometimes accompanied by a clunk/slam before/after engaging the higher numbered gear. It seems to happen more often when the transmission is at/approaching normal operating temperature. The slip/flare has been becoming more frequent and is now randomly accompanied by the clunk/slam. I first noticed the slip/flare changing from gears 3-4. At that time the vehicle had 43,000mi on it.;

2023 FORD F-550 SD Complaints
I received a compliance recall notice 26C10 from Ford. I just called Brondes Ford in Maumee, OH to schedule a “software repair” as described in the letter from FORD. The gentleman on the phone refused to schedule my appointment. He said because the vehicle has been “modified” (ie a box added to the bed) his dealership would not help me. When I asked him what I am supposed to do he said he did not know but they would not assume liability and help me. I told him I would contact Ford to report this and he said go ahead. Very unhelpful.;
