– Blue Bird Bus Company (Blue Bird) is recalling certain 2022-2027 Vision transit buses. The exhaust hanger cotter pin may contact the hydraulic brake line, damaging the line and causing a brake fluid leak.

– Blue Bird Bus Company (Blue Bird) is recalling one 2026 Vision transit bus. The windows may have illegible DOT markings. As such these windows fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 205, "Glazing Materials."

– Blue Bird Bus Company (Blue Bird) is recalling certain 2026 Vision and All American transit buses equipped with QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

– Blue Bird Bus Company (Blue Bird) is recalling certain 2025-2027 Vision school buses. The wheelchair lift may have a missing support brace, causing the wheelchair lift to fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 404, "Platform Lift Installations."

The emergency exit label operating instructions lettering is too small and may be difficult to read. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release."
