Aug 09, 2024 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022 Maverick vehicles previously repaired under recall number 24V-267. The body and power train control modules may fail to detect a change in the 12-volt battery state of charge.

Aug 09, 2024 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Transit vehicles. The steering column intermediate shaft may have been secured to the steering gear pinion shaft with an incorrect bolt, which can result in the separation of steering components and cause a loss of steering control.

Aug 09, 2024 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2024 Mustang vehicles. The rear suspension knuckles may have a casting defect that causes them to fail, which can result in a loss of vehicle handling and steering control.

Aug 09, 2024 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Maverick, Ford Bronco Sport, and Mustang Mach-E vehicles. The front windshield wiper motor may become inoperative, causing the wipers to fail.

Aug 09, 2024 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2024 Ranger and 2024 Lincoln Nautilus vehicles. When closing the windows with the global closing feature, the windows may not automatically reverse after detecting an object. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 118, "Power-Operated Window Systems."

Aug 09, 2024 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2022 Explorer vehicles equipped with the Police Interceptor Utility Package. In the event of an engine failure, engine oil and fuel vapor may be released into the engine compartment and accumulate near ignition sources such as hot engine or exhaust components, possibly resulting in an engine compartment fire.

Jul 19, 2024 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Transit vehicles equipped with a Transit Trail package. The electronic power assist steering (EPAS) ground eyelet joint may experience corrosion, which can result in a loss of power steering assist.

Jul 19, 2024 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain tie rod assemblies, with part numbers FC4Z-3280-FA and FC4Z-3280-HA. The front axle tie rod assemblies may contain ball studs that have been incorrectly heat-treated, which can cause them to break, and possibly result in tie rod failure.

Jun 28, 2024 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain electronic power assist steering (EPAS) gears, sold as replacement service parts for certain 2018-2023 Mustang, 2018-2020 F-150, 2018-2021 Expedition, and 2018-2021 Navigator vehicles. The secondary steering torque sensor may not be calibrated properly, which can cause the steering wheel to turn side to side against the driver's intentions.

Jun 28, 2024 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2024 F-150 vehicles. The windshield may not have been properly bonded to the vehicle, allowing it to detach during a crash. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 212, "Windshield Mounting."
