– THE LEFT HAND REARVIEW MIRROR CAN BE ADJUSTED TO A POSITION WHICH INTERFERES WITH THE OPENING OF THE EMERGENCY EXIT WINDOW LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE DRIVER POSITION. IN SUCH CASES, THE VEHICLE IS IN NON-COMPLIANCE WITH FMVSS NO. 217, "BUS WINDOW RETENTION AND RELEASE."
