SHASTA INDUSTRIES - Recall #81V062000
– THE INVOLVED VEHICLES WERE MANUFACTURED WITH A BRACKET-HELD SWING-OUT LIFT ARM ON THE FRONT DOOR SIDE OF THE UNIT. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THESE BRACKETS, WHICH ALLOW THE ARM TO SWING OUTWARD, COULD BREAK WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
