TIFFIN ALLEGRO BAY Recalls

Jun 29, 2026 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Zephyr, Wayfarer, Phaeton, Open Trail, GT1, Allegro Red, Allegro Open Road, Allegro Bus, Allegro Bay, 2026 Midas, Byway, and Allegro Breeze recreational vehicles, equipped with certain MaxxAir N-Series Maxxfan rooftop ventilation fans. The printed circuit board may fail during certain operations and overheat.

Sep 11, 2024 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Allegro Bay motorhomes. The subframe truss may collapse and pinch the electrical wiring, causing an electrical arc.

Feb 01, 2024 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Allegro Bay motorhomes. The standard house batteries may shift position during travel, which can cause the battery terminals to contact the steel hold-down bar.

Nov 29, 2023 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2024 Allegro Open Road and Allegro Bay motorhomes. The 32-inch hard line LPG hose fitting may not fit correctly, which can cause a fuel leak.

Oct 31, 2022 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Allegro Bay, Breeze, Phaeton, Red 360, 2023 Allegro and Red 340 motorhomes. The fitting on the non-leaching hose connected to the LPG regulator may leak at the swivel joint.

Jul 20, 2022 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Allegro, Red 340, 2021-2022 Phaeton, Breeze, Allegro Red 360, and 2022 Bay motorhomes. The output line on the LPG tanks may not connect properly to the service valve, which can cause a propane leak.

Apr 22, 2022 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Allegro and 2022 Allegro Bay motorhomes. The slide-room may extend out 6 to 8 inches while parked or possibly while moving, due to defective seals in the hydraulic cylinders.

Jul 13, 2016 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain model year 2007-2011 Allegro, Allegro Bus, Phaeton, and Zephyr motorhomes, 2007-2010 Allegro Bay motorhomes, and 2010-2011 Allegro Breeze motorhomes. The windshield wiper arms on the affected vehicles may break off.

Dec 28, 2015 – Tiffin Motorhomes (Tiffin) is recalling certain model year 2007-2015 motorhomes manufactured May 1, 2007, to December 31, 2014, equipped with certain Coachstep Double and Triple Electric Steps. The bolt that attaches the fan gear assembly to the steps may fracture allowing the fan gear to disengage from the steps. As a result, the steps may not remain in the expected position and may become unstable.

Jun 19, 2012 – TIFFIN IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2006 THROUGH 2010 ALLEGRO AND ALLEGRO BAY RECREATIONAL VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH BOSCH HYDRAULIC BRAKES. HYDRAULIC BRAKE EQUIPPED MOTORHOME CHASSIS EXPOSED TO LONG PERIODS OF TIME OF NON-DRIVING MAY EXPERIENCE DIAMETRICAL BRAKE CALIPER PISTON GROWTH AND REDUCED PISTON TO BORE CLEARANCE POTENTIALLY LEADING TO BRAKE DRAG AND OVERHEATING RESULTING IN REDUCED BRAKE PERFORMANCE.
