Problem: THESE TIRES FAIL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS #109 ENDURANCE TESTS. A BLISTER COULD DEVELOP IN THE TREAD SHOULDER AREA RESULTING IN A PARTIAL TREAD SEPARATION.
