Problem: TIRES WERE INADVERTENTLY MANUFACTURED WITH THE SECOND PLY ONE-HALF INCH OFF CENTER. TIRES MAY DEVELOP A SEPARATION OF THE REINFORCING PLIES AND RUBBER COMPOUND IN THE SIDEWALL AREA.
