Problem: THESE TIRES CONTAIN AN EXPOSED BELT WIRE IN THE BASE OF THE DECOUPLING GROOVE. THIS CONDITION WOULD CAUSE CRACKING OF THE RUBBER IN THE DECOUPLING GROOVE AND IN TIME RESULT IN A FLEX BREAK OF THE BODY PLIES WITHOUT WARNING. Recall Details - 1/30/1979
