Problem: THE INVOLVED TIRES WERE PRODUCED WITH WRINKLED AND BUCKLED FABRIC ENDINGS IN THE BEAD TURNUP OF THE TIRE. THIS ABNORMALITY CAN EVENTUALLY CAUSE CRACKING IN THIS AREA. Recall Details - 3/25/1980
