Problem: THE INVOLVED TIRES FAIL TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 119, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES FOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS". UNDER NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS, LOSS OF AIR FROM TIRE CAN OCCUR WHICH WOULD CAUSE THEM TO RUN IN AN UNDER-INFLATED CONDITION. THIS COULD CAUSE EXCESSIVE HEAT GENERATION, POSSIBLY LEADING TO SEPARATION IN THE BELT PLIES. Recall Details - 3/30/1977
