Problem: MICHELIN CROSS TERRAIN SUV TIRES, SIZE 305/50R20 120H, BUILT DURING WEEKS 50 AND 51, 2003. THESE TIRE FAIL TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES."
