CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: SHOULD THE PLASTIC SHELL FRACTURE IN AN ACCIDENT IT WOULD FAIL TO RESTRAIN THE CHILD IN THE SEAT, RESULTING IN POSSIBLE SERIOUS INJURIES.
