EVENFLO Recalls

Aug 06, 2026 – Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain Revolve180 Litemax NXT child seats manufactured through March 31, 2025. Please refer to Evenflo's recall report for the specific models and production dates. Due to a miscalibrated level indicator, following the installation instructions can result in a child sitting more upright than intended. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."

Jul 17, 2026 – Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain Reo by Revolve360 child seats in color variants Nantucket, Danvers, Chelsea, Holden, Brookline, and Lenox. Please refer to Evenflo's recall report for the specific models. In certain rear or forward-facing positions, the headrest may shift position during a crash. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."

Feb 25, 2026 – Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain LiteMax Factory Select child seats with model number CS100111198. The weight and height limitations are stated incorrectly in the Spanish language manual. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."

Jan 20, 2026 – Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain Titan 65 child seats with model numbers CS200312198, CS200311198, 3712198, and 3711198. The child seats may have been manufactured without a tether strap.

Dec 24, 2025 – Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain All4One child seats. Please refer to Evenflo's recall report for specific model numbers. In rear-facing mode, the adjustable recline mechanism may shift out of proper position. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."

Sep 25, 2025 – Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain Gold Revolve360 Slim and Revolve360 Slim child seats manufactured between December 1, 2022 and December 8, 2024. Please refer to Evenflo's recall report for specific model and color information. The headrest foam is not adequately secured away from the child, which can allow the child to pick off pieces of foam.

Jun 18, 2025 – Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain Titan 65 child seats with model number 3712198 manufactured between March 17, 2025 and May 1, 2025. The child seat may have been packaged with an incorrect instruction manual. As such, these child seats and travel systems fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."

Mar 14, 2025 – Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain child seats and travel systems. Please refer to Evenflo's recall report for specific model numbers. The child seats and travel systems are missing the USA recall registration card. As such, these child seats and travel systems fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."

Nov 06, 2023 – Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling one Titan 65 child seat. The child seat is missing the warning labels. As such, this child seat fails to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."

Sep 07, 2016 – Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain Evolve 3-in-1 Combination Booster Seats, model number 34411700 manufactured February 26, 2015, to February 9, 2016 and model number 34411741 manufactured May 27, 2015, to February 9, 2016. The affected seats have a button for adjusting the harness tightness. The child in the seat can access this button and loosen the harness without the caregiver's knowledge.
