    – THE SEATS ARE EQUIPPED WITH A LATCHING AID, WHICH IS A GRAY OR WHITE PLASTIC SLEEVE LOCATED AT THE BASE OF THE WEBBING AT THE POINT WHERE THE WEBBING IS JOINED TO THE BUCKLE TONGUE. THE LATCHING AID IS TO PROVIDE THE CONSUMER WITH A CONVENIENT STIFFENER FOR THE WEBBING, IN ORDER TO EASE THE INSERTION OF THE BUCKLE TONGUE INTO THE RECEIVING END OF THE BUCKLE. THIS LATCHING AID CAN BECOME TORN OR SPLIT OR CAN SLIP OUT OF POSITION.
