TRIUMPH Recalls

Mar 27, 2026 – Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. is recalling certain 2026 Trident 800 motorcycles. During pre-delivery inspection (PDI), the diagnostic tool may have loaded an incorrect headlight low beam configuration, causing the low beams to illuminate improperly. As such, these motorcycles do not comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Feb 11, 2026 – Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. is recalling certain 2022-2024 Bonneville T100, Bonneville T120, Bonneville T120 Black, 2024 Bonneville T120 DGR, 2022 Street Twin, Street Scrambler, Street Twin Goldline, Street Scrambler Sandstor, 2023-2024 Speed Twin 900, and Scrambler 900 motorcycles. The wiring between the alternator and main harness connector may short circuit and overheat.

Aug 19, 2025 – Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. (Triumph) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Daytona 660 motorcycles. The engine may fail due to internal damage from a disruption of oil flow.

Mar 04, 2025 – Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. (Triumph) is recalling certain 2025 Speed Twin 1200, Speed Twin 1200 RS, and Speed Twin 900 motorcycles. The red rear turn signals were installed too close to the rear tail light. As such, these motorcycles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, reflective devices, and associated Equipment."

Oct 21, 2024 – Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. (Triumph) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Bonneville T100, T120, T120 Black, 2022 Triumph Street Scrambler, Street Scrambler Sandstorm, Street Twin, Street Twin Goldline, 2023-2024 Scrambler 900, and Speed Twin 900 motorcycles. The wiring between the alternator and main harness connector may short circuit and overheat.

Mar 06, 2024 – Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. (Triumph) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Speed Triple RS, and Speed Triple RR motorcycles. The engine may overheat and cause the fan motor to fail, resulting in a coolant leak.

Feb 14, 2024 – Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. (Triumph) is recalling certain 2023 Trident 660 and Tiger Sport 660 motorcycles. Due to incorrectly machined threads, the front fork caps may strip and detach from the fork outer tube.

Oct 31, 2023 – Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. (Triumph) is recalling certain 2020 Rocket 3 TFC, 2020-2024 Rocket 3 R, Rocket 3 GT, 2022 Rocket 3 GT Triple Black, and Rocket 3 R Black motorcycles. The rear brake master cylinder may fail to move fluid through the system properly, requiring an extended distance to stop.

Aug 16, 2023 – Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. (Triumph) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Trident 660 and Tiger Sport 660 motorcycles. The manifold absolute pressure (MAP) hose may have an obstruction, causing incorrect air pressure readings by the MAP sensor.

Mar 06, 2023 – Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. (Triumph) is recalling certain 2023 Bonneville T120 and Bonneville T120 Black motorcycles. The left-hand side (LHS) brake disc may be improperly secured and can detach.
