CHEVROLET EXPRESS Recalls

Jun 23, 2026 – General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Express, and 2025-2026 Savana vehicles. The steering gear assembly may have a nut that was not properly tightened.

May 28, 2026 – General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2026 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vehicles. The gear shifter may provide inaccurate gear selection feedback to the driver due to an incorrectly manufactured steering column assembly.

Mar 05, 2026 – General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Express Cutaway, and 2025-2026 Savana Cutaway vehicles. These vehicles may be equipped with a tire with sidewall damage.

Dec 17, 2025 – Rollx Vans (Rollx) is recalling certain GMC Yukon, Sierra, Chevrolet Express 2500, Ford Transit, E-250, Toyota Sienna, Sienna Hybrid, Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Town and Country, Voyager, Pacifica, Dodge Grand Caravan, and Ram Promaster vehicles equipped with QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. Please refer to Rollx's recall report for specific model year information. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

May 08, 2025 – General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2025 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vehicles. The front passenger seat head restraint may have been improperly welded to the seat frame.

Feb 13, 2025 – General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2025 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vans. The impact beam located in the driver's side door may have improper welds.

Nov 14, 2024 – General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2024 Chevrolet Express Commercial Cutaway and GMC Savana Commercial Cutaway vehicles. These vehicles may be missing the required rear vision camera video display because an incorrect inside rearview mirror was installed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."

Nov 07, 2024 – General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vehicles. Incorrect software in the transmission control module (TCM) may result in harsh shifting, reduced power, unintended deceleration, rear wheel lockup, or cause the vehicle to move in an unintended direction.

Sep 19, 2024 – General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2013-2019 Chevrolet Express Cutaway and GMC Savana Cutaway vehicles equipped with optional GM-provided body mounts (RPO BNC). The brake line may have insufficient clearance to the body mounts, which can result in brake line damage that can lead to a brake fluid leak.

Apr 06, 2023 – General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2003-2023 Chevrolet Express Cutaway and GMC Savana Cutaway incomplete vehicles equipped with wiring for an optional rear heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system. When the HVAC blower motor circuit is left unused with exposed connectors and wiring, the circuit can corrode and overheat.
