DUCATI Recalls

Jan 28, 2026 – Ducati North America (Ducati) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Streetfighter V4, Streetfighter V4 S, Panigale V4, and Panigale V4 S motorcycles. Excessive heat may damage the rear brake hose between the ABS control unit and brake caliper, resulting in a sudden loss of the rear brakes.

Dec 05, 2025 – Ducati North America (Ducati) is recalling certain 2025 Panigale V2 and 2025-2026 Ducati Streetfighter V2 motorcycles. The fuses for the ABS pump and control unit may have been reversed during assembly, which can cause an ABS malfunction and possibly result in wheel lockup.

Sep 03, 2025 – Ducati North America (Ducati) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Panigale V4 SL, 2019-2024 Panigale V4 R, 2018-2024 Panigale V4 S, 2023-2025 Streetfighter, 2018-2024 Panigale V4, and 2020-2022 Streetfighter V4 motorcycles. The rear wheel axle could lose its structural integrity and break.

Jan 24, 2025 – Ducati North America (Ducati) is recalling certain 2025 Ducati Panigale S/STD V4 motorcycles. Excessive heat may damage the rear brake hose between the ABS control unit and brake caliper, resulting in a sudden loss of the rear brakes.

Dec 06, 2023 – Ducati North America (Ducati) is recalling certain 2016-2023 XDiavel S and XDiavel STD motorcycles. The passenger backrest may break if it is installed incorrectly or used incorrectly by the passenger.

Sep 06, 2023 – Ducati North America (Ducati) is recalling certain 2018-2020 XDiavel S and XDiavel Standard motorcycles. The side stand bracket may fail, causing the side stand to open while riding and resulting in an unexpected engine shutdown.

May 26, 2023 – Ducati North America (Ducati) is recalling certain 2020-2023 Panigale V2 motorcycles. The dashboard could automatically switch from low beam headlights to the headlight daylight position lamp (DRL), in automatic setting mode. As such, these motorcycles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Apr 06, 2023 – Ducati North America (Ducati) is recalling certain 2023 Diavel V4 motorcycles. The right and/or left side passenger foot pegs may break while mounting or riding the motorcycle.

Sep 20, 2022 – Ducati North America (Ducati) is recalling certain 2016-2018 Hyperstrada 939, Hypermotard 939, and Hypermotard 939 SP motorcycles. The two oil cooler hoses could contact each other and become damaged, which could cause an oil leak.

Sep 23, 2021 – Ducati North America (Ducati) is recalling certain 2019 Hypermotard 950 SP motorcycles. The side stand may be improperly welded, potentially causing the stand to break.
