GRAND DESIGN Recalls

Jan 30, 2026 – Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lineage motorhomes. The seat base on the driver and front passenger seat may have been improperly tightened, causing the base to become loose. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 207, “Seating Systems.”

Jan 26, 2026 – Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Momentum and 2022-2024 Solitude Fifth Wheel trailers. The U-bolt may become loose due to inadequate preload and preload losses, causing the axle to move out of position.

Jan 23, 2026 – Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lineage recreational vehicles. The adhesive securing the solar panels to the roof may fail, allowing the solar panel to detach.

Nov 13, 2025 – Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Solitude and 2023 Momentum fifth wheels trailers. Loose or missing fasteners on the refrigerator cooling unit can allow excessive movement of the unit, possibly causing the propane line to crack and leak.

Jul 17, 2025 – Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lineage recreational trailers, equipped with Lippert Modularia entrance doors. The door latch mechanism may fail.

May 06, 2025 – Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Momentum 320G, 325G, 344M, 250G, 351MS, 381MS, 392M, 395MS, 397THS, 398M, 399TH, 410TH, 414M, and 415G toy haulers, equipped with a removable step assembly. The clip-on bracket mounting bolts may come loose, allowing the steps to detach.

Feb 24, 2025 – Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025 Serenova travel trailers. The axle bearing nut may have been improperly tightened, causing the bearings to overheat.

Feb 07, 2025 – Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2019-2024 Grand Design Solitude fifth wheel trailers. The step tread joints may be unsupported, causing the tread to break.

Dec 10, 2024 – Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Momentum fifth wheel trailers. The interior step base does not adequately support the step tread.

Nov 15, 2024 – Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2022 Imagine, Reflection, Momentum, Solitude, and Transcend travel trailers. The quick disconnect fittings in the LP gas system may be cracked, causing a gas leak.
