INTERNATIONAL Recalls

Aug 21, 2025 – International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2026 MV vehicles. The battery interconnect cable may contact the auxiliary stud and hold down bracket, causing a short circuit.

Aug 06, 2025 – International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2018 International 4000 Series 4300, 2017-2025 MV, 2018-2024 1300 FBC, 2018-2025 IC Bus TC, and 2024-2025 IC Bus CECB vehicles. The brake pressure switch assembly may leak brake fluid into the brake pressure switch's electrical components and cause an electrical short-circuit.

Aug 05, 2025 – International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2024-2026 LT and 2025 RH trucks. The Hill Start Assist (HSA) exhaust port may become clogged, delaying or preventing the release of the service brakes.

Jun 25, 2025 – International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2019-2025 CV vehicles. The brake pressure sensor assembly may leak brake fluid into the brake pressure switch and cause a short circuit.

Apr 24, 2025 – International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2025-2026 HV, HX, LT, MV, RH, and 2025 EMV vehicles. The linkage that connects the right-side wiper arm to the motor may separate, causing the wipers to fail.

Mar 21, 2025 – International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2024 HV, 2020-2025 MV, and 2019 Workstar 7400 trucks. The caliper may contact a suspension spring or axle U-bolt and prevent the outer brake pad from functioning.

Dec 03, 2024 – International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2025 EMV vehicles. A circuit breaker may be missing, causing the defrosting system to be inoperative. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 103, "Windshield Defrosting and Defogging Systems."

Nov 21, 2024 – International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2022-2025 HX vehicles. The service brake may take longer than expected to release. As such, these vehicles may fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems."

Nov 04, 2024 – International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2024-2025 HX vehicles. An insufficient amount of lubricant in the front steer drive (FSD) axle hubs may result in damage to the wheel bearings.

Oct 31, 2024 – International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Lonestar, 2021-2025 RH, HV, MV, LT, HX, and 2022 PROSTAR vehicles, equipped with Bendix EC80 Advanced Electronic Control Units (ECU). Electrical noise and low signal to the power line carrier may cause the ECU to incorrectly process commands or stop working.
