Isuzu Motors Limited - Recall #25V719000
– Isuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Isuzu FVR, 2023-2026 Chevrolet 7500XD, 2018-2026 Chevrolet 6500XD, and Isuzu FTR vehicles. The axle stabilizer bracket bolts may crack and break, allowing the bracket to detach from the vehicle.

Isuzu Motors Limited - Recall #25V630000
– Isuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Isuzu FVR, Isuzu FTR, Chevrolet 6500XD, and 2023-2026 Chevrolet 7500XD vehicles. The fuel heater may overheat, melting the casing and allowing fuel to leak into the electrical connector.

Isuzu Motors Limited - Recall #24V157000
– Isuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2019-2024 FTR, 2020-2024 Chevrolet LCF 6500XD, 2022-2024 FVR, and 2023-2024 Chevrolet LCF 7500XD vehicles equipped with a Mobileye Collision Warning System. The Mobileye camera cable may have been routed improperly, which can result in wiring damage and an overloaded electrical circuit.

– Isuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2022 FTR and FVR trucks. A programming error in the ECM software calibration, resulted in the vehicles not having engine braking functionality.

Isuzu Motors Limited - Recall #22V362000
– Isuzu Technical Center of America, Inc. (Isuzu) is recalling certain FTR and FVR trucks. The quick connector used to connect the fuel suction hose to the fuel inlet pipe of the engine is too large. The larger diameter of the quick connector may cause inadequate sealing, resulting in a fuel leak. In addition, the gap may cause air to be sucked into the fuel hose while the engine is running.

– CERTAIN MEDIUM DUTY TILT CAB TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS HAVE A CONDITION IN WHICH THE CLUTCH MASTER-CYLINDER PUSHROD END THAT ATTACHES TO THE CLUTCH PEDAL PIN CAN WEAR PREMATURELY. THE FIRST NOTICEABLE EFFECT OF THIS WEAR COULD BE THE CLUTCH PEDAL NOT RETURNING COMPLETELY TO THE FULL-UP POSITION.
