– Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2022-2025 EQB 250, EQB 300 4MATIC, and EQB 350 4MATIC electric vehicles. The high voltage battery may fail internally and lead to a vehicle fire while parked or driving.

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC - Recall #25V023000
– Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2018 E 400 Cabriolet, E 400 Coupe, 2019 E 450 Cabriolet, and E 450 Coupe vehicles. The tires were incorrectly marked with the wrong maximum inflation pressure and may not meet the strength requirements for the stated pressure. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 139, "New Pneumatic Radial Tires for Light Vehicles."

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC - Recall #24V960000
– Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling a certain 2023 EQS 450+ vehicle. The mounting brackets near the roof may have sharp edges that can damage the side-curtain air bag during deployment. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 214, "Side Impact Protection," and 226, "Ejection Mitigation."

– Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2025 E 350, E 350 4MATIC, E 450 4MATIC, and E450 4MATIC station wagon vehicles. The camber strut bracket may have been improperly welded onto the rear axle carrier, possibly resulting in separation of the bracket from the rear axle carrier.

– Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2024 CLE 300 Convertible, CLE 300 Coupe, CLE 450 Convertible, CLE 450 Coupe, E 350, E 450 Station Wagon, E 450, and AMG CLE 53 Coupe vehicles. A software error in the MBUX multimedia system may deactivate certain vehicle systems, including the cross-traffic alert that applies the brakes automatically in certain driving situations.

The battery management system software may cause the high-voltage battery to shut down, which can result in a sudden loss of drive power.

As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 114, "Theft Protection."
