Apr 29, 2026 – Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2026 Freedom Aire motorhomes. The Cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) label may state an incorrect weight value. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, “Wheels and Rims - Other Than Passenger Cars.”

Feb 24, 2026 – Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2026 Freedom Aire motorhomes. The hydronic heating system wiring may be incorrectly connected to constant 12V power, which can cause the hydronic heating system to unintentionally activate.

Feb 24, 2026 – Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2018-2026 Bay Star and Bay Star Sport motorhomes. The hood stops mounting adhesive may fail, which can allow the hood stop to detach while the vehicle is in transit.

Jan 16, 2026 – Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2026 Freedom Aire motorhomes equipped with a ThermaHeat Tank Pad. The water tank heating pad may experience high resistance and fail.

Jun 27, 2025 – Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2023-2024 London Aire, Essex, and 2016-2024 King Aire motorhomes. The baggage door skins may come loose and separate from the door frame.

Oct 23, 2024 – Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Super Star motorhomes. The inner wheel tire valve extension may be damaged through contact with the outer wheels, causing the inner tire to lose air pressure and overload the outer tire.

Apr 29, 2024 – Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2022 Bay Star motorhomes. The LED backlight circuit board in the cooktop range may fail, causing the board to overheat.

Jan 17, 2024 – Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Dutch Star, Mountain Aire, London Aire, Essex, and 2016 London Aire motorhomes. The pedestal mounting plate may be improperly welded, causing the plate to separate and the seat assembly to loosen or detach. As such, these seat assemblies fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 207, ?Seating Systems,", and number 210, "Seat belt assembly anchorages."

Jul 07, 2023 – Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2019-2023 Bay Star, 2020-2023 Bay Star Sport, and 2022-2023 Super Star motorhomes. The seat belt brackets for the dinette seat belts were modified to avoid interference with the vehicle slide-out rollers in the floor. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 210, "Seat belt Assembly Anchorages" and 207, "Seating Systems."
