DAMAGES TO CAR $1590.00. TIRE WAS THE CAUSE OF ACCIDENT, AND THEREFORE NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE. DEMAND REIMBURSEMENT OF DEDUCTIBLE AND FREE REPLACEMENT OF FULL SET OF TIRES.*AK
