The MMI (the infotainment system on the dash) randomly turns off and resets every few minutes. This is a widespread issue based on a quick Google search.

The MMI infotainment system randomly restarts approximately every 30 minutes. This causes Apple CarPlay to disconnect, interrupting navigation and music. It's especially unsafe to interrupt while driving on freeway because it leads to missed turns or distractions on the road.

The contact owns a 2024 Audi Q4 E-Tron. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle in drive and reverse, the audible sound to alert pedestrians that the vehicle was in motion was intermittently inaudible. The contact stated that the sound was inoperable while the vehicle was in reverse, creating a back over hazard for pedestrians. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 1,100.

The instrument cluster failed as was reported in a previous recall. This failure was caused by a hardware problem which was fixed via a software update. Unfortunately, the hardware (instrument cluster) has already been compromised and warning lights are all lit up and some warnings aren't working and the instrument panel still goes blank when driving.

I have noticed 2 times that my engine burn out oil very quick before the next predicted oil change and lead to safety risk of boosting engine while driving long distance if there is no auto one near. After speaking with one of the maintenance guy the last time I went for oil change at Jiffy live, He told me that there was a recall for the same problem with some other Audi models. How could we expect your help to address this safety concern with the manufacturer. This is very dangerous situation that you can’t neglect. Best regards,

Side markers lights are failing at an abnormally high rate. The pop up error and chime is incredibly distracting as it pops up every 20 to 30 seconds blocking most of the information on the instrument cluster. The side marker lights still function even when the error pops up. Audi will only replace the entire headlight housing to fix the problem, but that seems extreme to fix what appears to be a software issue, as the side marker lights still is fully functioning.

Rear subframe has extensive and significant rust affecting the structural integrity of the critical component…. Have been advised by a qualified certified mechanic that the vehicle should NOT be driven as doing so could result in catastrophic collapse of the vehicle suspension with potential loss of control of the vehicle without warning. This is apparently a known issue with this model vehicle and the manufacturer has not issued any formal warnings or recalls……

1 Steering wheel makes noise. Dealership fixed in December 2024 but same sound come back again. 2 Oil burning smell comes while driving.

The vehicle multimedia interface (MMI) has randomly rebooted itself on every trip for the past three months. This condition has occurred while reversing the vehicle, leaving the rear camera view blank.

My Audi MMI/Infotainment system restarts frequently while driving (every 10-15 minutes). This can happen at any point including while reversing. When the system restarts it shut off the backup camera, parking sensors and all other functionality on the screen. When the system restarts it disables navigation as well. This is extremely dangerous for the driver as well as a distraction.
