While driving, the Kenda Klever tire experienced a sudden and complete tread separation. The tread detached in one solid ring from the rest of the tire. The failure happened without warning. The driver was able to maintain control of the vehicle and safely pull over. There were no injuries. Klever ST 255/60R19

My vehicle suddenly stalled and completely shut off while I was driving. No warning lamps, messages or other symptoms to alert me there was any engine issues. I was definitely put in danger as I was driving at rush hour in a 6 lane busy US 1 Federal Highway. The vehicle was stalled, without any power, in the middle lane with cars and trucks swerving around me at the last minute. I called 911 immediately and they dispatched cruisers to help push my vehicle across 4 lanes of traffic. This meant having to block 4 lanes of moving traffic. It was a long 10 minutes of waiting as angry drivers were leaning on their horns in frustration. AAA flatbed towed my vehicle to a near mechanic's shop, but it was after hours and had to be left there until morning. The mechanic inspected the problem and confirmed the issue was a fuel module and fuel pump failure. How does this happen without any alerts to the driver? How can you prepare a driver of such a serious engine failure putting that driver and other surrounding drivers at such a serious risk? This should be a safety recall and fixed by the dealer without charge to the driver. That is, if the driver is still alive.

The trunk latching system malfunction even when it is set to OFF. When the vehicle is off or running it will open automatically then will not shut unless you turn the car on then shut the car off put on lock then unlock the car. While driving short distances the lift gate will open enough to trigger the alarm. I have woke up my trunk is open. It is safety for me and others due to exposure of material in trunk falling out. Safety for me sitting in car this happens all the time. I have called the dealer they want to charge $90 hr to diagnose and fix it.

Same as in the other two complaints. At one year and approximately 5000 miles I personally did the first oil change. Car was approximately 3 quarts low on oil after draining the oil for the oil change. Filled up to manufacturers recommendation. Two months later and approximately 1000 miles on the car, the car was 1 quart low. GM has a bulletin on this very issue bulletin number 01–0 6–0 1–011N. Started oil consumption test through the dealer. Dealer stated the first remedy is replacement of a valve, followed by another consumption test. Next option is replacing the engine.

After sitting in a parking lot for 6 days the radio receiver assembly (infotainment control module / head unit) in my 2024 Buick Enclave completely failed with a "no power" condition. The screen is blank, there is no audio output, no response to any controls, and the system does not power on even after multiple power cycles or battery disconnects. The dealer diagnosed the need for a full replacement of the radio receiver assembly. The part is currently on national backorder with an unknown delivery date, so the failed component remains installed in the vehicle and is available for inspection upon request. The failure disables multiple critical safety-related features, including: The rear backup camera (no image when shifting into Reverse) Audible turn-signal chimes and warning alerts Navigation system (including real-time traffic and hazard information) This creates a significant safety risk during low-speed maneuvers (such as parking or reversing) and reduces overall situational awareness while driving. The issue occurred on a nearly new leased vehicle (leased November 13, 2023) with only 54,781 miles. Yes. My authorized Buick dealer fully diagnosed the issue and confirmed the complete loss of power to the radio receiver assembly. They attempted basic troubleshooting (power cycles, etc.) with no success and determined that a full replacement of the radio receiver assembly is required. The dealer also noted the part is on indefinite backorder. The vehicle has been inspected and diagnosed by my authorized Buick dealership's service department. General Motors Customer Assistance has been notified and is aware of the issue.No inspection has been performed by police or insurance representatives. There were no warning lamps, messages, or prior symptoms. The failure occurred suddenly and without warning after the vehicle sat unused for only 6 days in a parking lot. One day the infotainment system worked normally; the next time zero power to it.

Due to lack of maintenance complete corrosion and rust have eaten through the entire body frame, undercarriage etc. This vehicle was sold to us at State line Auto LLC in Fulton Kentucky, without any disclosure of it being unsafe to drive in fact the rust spots underneath the vehicle have been covered and hidden by spray painting diligently, unfortunately the disguise of the rust with a black paint actually worked and we were unable to see the rest as it was hidden with the paint that they sprayed on the bottom of the vehicle. were assured that everything was in proper working order aside from it needing an oil change which was indicated by an engine light that was lit on, this car has been deemed unsafe to drive even after complete replacement of frame this car remains structurally unsafe to even have an alignment done. Buick Cascada back window on the convertible tops coming apart, causing flooding inside the car, also there's a danger the window will come out driving down the road. Buick refuses to do anything.

I am reporting a serious safety defect involving a 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL. The vehicle has repeatedly shut off while being driven, creating a dangerous situation. The issue first occurred in January 2026. The vehicle was later towed for repair in February 2026, and I was told the issue had been fixed and picked up the vehicle 3/20/2026 and gave $1600. However, on April 9, 2026, the vehicle shut off again while driving. This issue has occurred multiple times and persists despite repair attempts. When the vehicle shuts off, it creates a loss of power and poses a significant safety risk in traffic. I am concerned that this may be a broader safety issue and am requesting that this defect be documented and investigated.

My 2020 Buick Encore GX which has only $30,600 had the "Shift to Park" message appear on the dashboard screen and my car was not turning off properly. I read online that it is a widespread known issue: however, I had to pay $630.14 to fix the GM well know widespread issue so I can turn off my vehicle. This should be covered FREE of charge by GM as they are aware of the issue affecting the 2020 Buick Encore GX.

On [XXX], I started the car. Very loud, cracking noise came from radio. Turned off radio, noise stopped. When I used turn signal, noise came from turn lever. Turned off signal, noise stopped. Put car in park and pushed ignition button to turn off. Noise came thru ignition button. Later restarted the car, noise was gone. Concerned there is a power surge going thru system. Saw same problem for others online at [XXX] . Stated there that replacing amplifier corrects problem. Both dealer and corporate Buick are aware of problem. However, both are refusing to replace part, as car isn't making noise currently. One person on the forum stated he was unable to turn car off when problem occurred on his car.
