yaw sensor, codes C0063, C006C, rear end feels like it's trying to break free from the road.

The motorcycle has lost power steering. There was a recall on some of these machines, but mine was not recalled. The power steering failure was intermittent for a while and now it has failed completed. The dealer wants almost $2000 for this repair. The machine can be driven but without power steering it is dangerous. The machine only has 5700 miles on it. A $5000 machine is not worth putting $2000 into it for power steering that should never fail.

The contact owns a 2021 Can-Am Ryker. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V855000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that while trying to start the motorcycle, the motorcycle failed to start. The motorcycle remained at the residence. The motorcycle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 3,300. Parts distribution disconnect.

The contact owns a 2022 Can-Am Ryker. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the accelerator pedal was depressed, but the motorcycle failed to accelerate as intended. Additionally, the contact stated that the motorcycle had failed to start several times. The contact stated that when the motorcycle was started, the motorcycle idled roughly. The motorcycle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the battery had failed and needed to be replaced. The contact purchased and replaced the battery; however, the failure persisted. The motorcycle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 900.

BRP has launched a recall campaign (23V855) for the fuel pump on ALL YEARS of Can-Am Ryker spanning from 2019-2024 but somehow my 2023 3JB2HEH43PJ000138 ryker is not included in the affected population. I've seen too many instances of the ryker being stranded on the side of the road that I am beginning to get worried that I might get stranded as well. My Ryker is an early 2023MY production(september 2022) so I have reasons to believe that my unit should have been included in the affected population. Can you please add my vehicle to the affected population for this campaign?

See attached document for complaint, Dear Administrator: I am sending this letter in reference to my 2021 Ryker. I received the letter this week about the recall, and I've been trying all week to get it taken care of. I reached out to the deal Big Number 1 located at 505 Cobb St Birmingham AL 35209 about this recall. This is the second recall that I have had since I purchased my bike. The last recall was no problem. I called the dealer, they set up the tow, completed the recall and I drove it back home. This time, I was told that I would have to pay for a tow. I called BRP and was told that the dealer could invoice them for the tow but Jeff at the dealer called and they told him that they would not. My warranty just expired but I have insurance and roadside assistance. From my understanding and what is written in the letter I received; this recall should not be of any cost to me. Currently, I am being told that I will have to pay for my bike to be towed. I am sending this email to get assistance with this. Since I received the letter, I have not been able to ride my bike. Big Number 1 is the dealer I bought it from there's not many locations in Birmingham. I need some assistance in getting my bike to the dealer to have this recall done. I took my bike in shortly after I purchased it advising that it was not reading the gas properly and as I drive the gas mileage went up The fuel gauge reads full but not the mileage. Once the tank was almost empty the fuel light came on even though 2 miles before the gauge read full. When I took it to Ride now on rancho they said that there was nothing they could do and I needed to contact the manufacturer. I called them and they told me to take it back to the dealership and call once I was there even though I was already told there was nothing they could do. I’ve read numerous complaints about this same issue yet there has not been a recall for this. Only for the fuel pump which I just had done in hopes of rectifying the situation however it did not it still reads 110 miles to empty. Although it supposed to get 32 miles to the gallon of a 5.2 call on tank

The contact owns a Biltwell Bonanza helmet. The contact stated that while driving a 2023 Can-Am Spyder F3 at 60 MPH in windy weather, the helmet visor unexpectedly detached. The contact emailed the helmet retailer to make them aware of the failure. The helmet was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unavailable. 

It would not downshift or go into reverse. I have to replace the LH Multifunction switch.

After driving 30 miles with ambient temps near 70 degrees F, I was home stopped the vehicle, smelled gas and check under the bike. Raw fuel was running from the evap canister vent hose and dripping on the concrete. The temps under the poly housings are so high that fuel boils and over takes the canister causing and unsafe a possible catastrophic situation of fuel pooling u see the vehicle.
