Purchased car 8/03/21. Got full possession of car 8/18/21. The car shuts off while driving and backing up with no warning. It shuts off when you press on the brakes. When you come to a complete stop and then press on the accelerator , the car hesitates to move, then moves very slowly , jerks then starts to move at a normal pace . Drivers side headrest deployed while driving the car. No collisions just regular driving. Dealership says I have to pay to have it repaired. This is a safety issue that I should not have to pay for. Apparently it has happened to a lot of Chrysler cars. The headrest is not fixed and is available for inspection if needed.
