This is very concerning because of the nature of the recall and the potential for harm to any passengers. This is the third recall since our purchase, the first recall # 22S47 (under the hood Fire) was supposedly corrected by the dealership on 01/26/22. I hope you agree the safety recall (23S27) is of utmost importance based on the devastating potential it has. I do not believe I'm being unreasonable by expecting a resolution to this issue in a timely manor, we are are just over 3 months away from a year since the recall was issued.
