My truck is brand new. The A/C lines and evaporator coil are freezing up when using the A/C, resulting in no air flow out of the vents in the cabin. I checked forums online and this has been a common problem with my vehicle yet Ford has filed no recall to fix it. Dealership states it’s a faulty temp sensor in the evaporator. Ford refuses to pay for the fix under the vehicle manufacturer warranty because no warning lights are displayed on your dash.

Stopped Truck, The rear passenger window went down on its own! The window would not go back up. We stopped at a nearby FordDealership and a service rep looked at it and indicated that when we hit the window button he could hear clicking and said our rear passenger window motor was probably dead. the service rep assisted us in putting plastic on the window, which did not adhere well! We were about 60 miles away from home with young children on a 3 day vacation, The loud noise from the plastic vibrating from the window was deafening!!

At 65mph driving in sport mode which has increased regeneration during deceleration which provides substantial braking, I was approaching stopped traffic. I let off the throttle pedal anticipating the braking effect and regeneration but the truck instaneously switched driving modes to normal without my input. It took me a second to realize I was not slowing and had to manually activate the brake pedal in order to stop in time. I tried to reselect sport mode after stopping and it was greyed out with a message saying some features are disabled while driving. Normally you can switch drove modes while driving. After restart truck returned to normal operation. The danger was the unantisipated change to braking effect during a critical time before a high speed stop.

While driving at high way speeds, a fault in the drive train was detected and reduced power to the electric motors, reducing our speed to only 5 MPH.

Coming off the freeway, heard a loud noise in the rear of my truck. Then it sounded like rocks were getting pulverized. Put the vehicle in park and since we (Me, wife, and two children) were on a decline the brakes did not work and our truck drifted into oncoming traffic. Luckily cars were able to avoid us in time where we pulled off onto the shoulder and engage the parking brake.

When I use the cruise control and set it at a speed, it will maintain that set speed for a period of time and then the set speed will randomly jump up 10 to 20 miles an hour and reset the speed faster. So if I set it at 70 miles an hour. It jumps up to 80 or 85 and once even jumped up to 90 mph. The first time I told this to a Service person they told me that’s normal. The car went in and supposedly they fixed it, but it is still doing it.

The 360 camara does not always come on for several minutes after starting up. This prevents me from using the bachup canera and therefore I ciuld run over something or somebody when backing out of my garage or out if a parking spot. I have taken the truck in to to different dealers and all they say is they can't duplicate the problem. I even show them a viseo of it happening to me but say they have to see it to fix it. I see all of the ford SUV's are on recall, so wht aren't the F150's? This is a very dangerous situation that needs to be corrected asap. I swe many owners on tge internet with the same problem. Please help!
