2023 FORD F-150 Complaints

The AC stops blowing and cooling at an adequate speed after driving for a period of time. The safety issue is that while the blower is malfunctioning, it cannot defog/defrost the windshield.

the A/C fan doesn't blow full strength, intermittently . it happened while driving on interstate, it rained and could not get the window to defrost as the blower was not strong enough.

The contact owns a 2023 Ford F-150. The contact stated while driving approximately 35 MPH, the Forward Collision Avoidance warning light illuminated. The vehicle was moving but the warning light remained illuminated. The contact stated that the failure occurred at various speeds. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that there was no failure found. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.

The parking brake engages randomly when the 2023 F150 Lightning Lariat ER comes to a stop while driving, thus increasing the risk of a crash. After calling Ford to inquire about my F-150 being included in a Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP), I was told by Ford Customer Service that my F-150 is not included and to submit my request to the NTSB. There is an existing program (22G06) that affects the heated steering wheel in my F-150, but Ford is stating that the VIN of my truck isn't included in the program. My F-150 was also built in 2023 and has the parts necessary to complete this upgrade.

I was driving at about 40mph and everything shut off for about 5 seconds. It was long enough for all the gages on the instrument cluster to go to their off positions. The desolation screen went blank as did the infotainment system and all lights.

After driving for about an hour the air conditioning stops working. The blower keeps blowing but the windshield fogs up and no cool air comes out.

Driver instrument cluster shuts off , go's black and resets while driving vehicle. Antilock and airbag system show failure message on Ford app. Instrument cluster then reappears condition reoccurs approximately every 5 minutes

The digital screen the displays tachometer and other gauges won’t turn on. Have also had issues with the infotainment screen not turning on.

Harsh downshifts in 10R80 transmission. Unpredictable shifting. Significant clunking while driving. Vehicle less than 1 year old and I bought it brand new. Issue has been happening since I bought it. Ford dealer ran TSB 24-2070 software update on it yesterday. This transmission is dangerous in my opinion and Ford should be held accountable. No warning signs, nothing at all. Dealer claimed there were no DTC’s stored. Ford should be replacing this transmission and fixing the problem.
