My 2013 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor experienced the failure condition described in TSB 15-0137 causing sudden and complete loss of power, with no previous warnings, due to the fuel pump relay fuse holder melting and the fuel pump abruptly shutting off. This occurred while my son was driving the vehicle and while he did an admirable job of getting the truck off to the shoulder with no power, he was nevertheless on a freeway onramp around a blind turn with a merge where drivers were attempting to accelerate to highway speed, thus placing him in a dangerous situation for the hour or so it took to get a tow to the Ford dealer for repair. This failure mode (and subsequent repair) has had a TSB for 9 years and clearly has the ability to cause a safety concern, as it did in this case. Had I known about this TSB, I would have implemented it proactively given the severity of the potential failure and the high likelihood for it causing a safety issue. There are already dozens of complaints on this exact topic in NHTSA's database. Please consider elevating this safety-related defect to a full recall.

2013 FORD F-150- WIlder, KY
Reference Ford program 19N01 This is an ongoing issue with Ford F150's. This program allows for coverage within 10 years or 100,000 miles. My truck has approximately 78,000 miles. There is a defective sensor in the transmission that when not properly working, causes the transmission to drop into 1st gear and stay there, in other words, not shifting. There are multiple warning lamps when this happens and it has happened multiple times. My vehicle has been inspected by a Ford dealer and they confirmed the issue. However, because the truck is over 10 years old, Ford will not cover the repairs which cost in excess of $1,700. Since this is an ongoing issue with over 1/2 million Ford trucks, this repair should be covered most importantly because it is a safety issue. I don't have a repair invoice yet as my truck is in the process of being repaired. Will provide upon receipt. Thank you!

Transmission issue? Vehicle is not shifting correctly. Shifting is very rough and we are afraid to drive the vehicle. Local dealer said we can schedule an appointment... it would be 3-4 weeks. No warning lights or messages. (We just had a recall taken care of on our 2014 F150 for a shifting issue but had no symptoms.)

There's been a very dangerous situation with my truck without any warning, lose all info with it's gauges on the instrument panel and the truck losing power with speed and the transmission locking up or not shifting gears and this causes the vehicles rpm to rev up extremely high to a 4 then sometimes a hard shift can be felt at times . This is creating a very dangerous condition on the highway when speeds are at 75 when without any warning it does this and the truck has felt like it was going to flip due to these problems when they happen or other vehicles are also in danger when the truck slows drastically in front of them while behind me. There's been a recall previously I've noticed on this truck regarding a code that I've been able to get on it when it happens and its PO720 . There was a recall on this truck in 2019 that calls for a replacement of the molded lead frame which describes everything I just mentioned to you above BUT, this recall excluded covering rental vehicles (due to their inventory of parts) and low and behold I've just found out that my truck had been a rental vehicle in its past and during this period of the recall. I've notified the lienholder and Ford Motor Company of my issues and have gotten no help as to how I feel they are responsible for this fix and I think that either they should be made to repair any vehicle ,rental or not, either way its a very bad situation which risks peoples lives. And if by some chance this truck did get the repair that was recalled back then , then I believe those parts are faulty as well and Ford needs to do another recall on this truck before an accident happens and someone gets badly injured or killed by it.
