Vehicle lost electrical power to multiple systems- Instrument cluster did not display any information- could not tell the speed of the vehicle, how much fuel was in the vehicle, gauges for coolant, oil, etc. were non-existent, did not have use of turn signals, hazard lights, blind spot indicators, did not have use of wipers, heating/cooling and defrost, could not tell what gear vehicle was in, could not tell what mode the vehicle was in. This made the vehicle extremely dangerous to drive. There have been multiple electrical issues prior to this. All issues have been addressed by Ford dealer and supposedly fixed as of now.

The rear axle bolts were both discovered to be broken during a recent tire change. Upon inspection at the dealership it was confirmed that both rear axle bolts had sheared off and had begun to wear the splines of the rear drive axle that would have resulted in loss of ability to maneuver or park the vehicle. The dealership indicated that a recall had been issued for similar previous models of my truck, but my truck was not included in the recall. I am asking for recall 23S65 to be expanded as it obviously did not include all affected vehicles.

This happens every time I have lane keeping assist turned on and cruise control activated. The truck will periodically pull all the way to the right of the lane, to the point that the tires are on the right line and I am looking down the center of the lane. The more I fight to keep the truck in the center of the lane, the more it pulls to the right. The only way to stop this, other than disabling lane keeping, is to let the truck wander over to the right while barely touching the steering wheel. It will eventually return to the center of the lane. The dashboard graphics show a blue circle around the truck to indicate that the truck is in the center of the lane. When too far to the edge, it will change to show you are not centered. At no time while the truck is pulling to the right does the truck indicate it is out of position. Therefore, even though I am correctly centered in the lane, both by my own observation and the truck's indication, the system still pulls the truck to the right. This appears to be a systemic issue with the system. Here is a post from 2021 where someone is complaining about the same behavior: [XXX] This is a safety issue because: 1) It is fatiguing to have the system on and have to constantly fight it to keep the truck centered in the lane. On frequent 10-hour trips, I have to turn it off because it is adding to my fatigue and workload, even though I would like the benefit of proper lane keeping. 2) I can turn off the system but then I get no driver assistance when I actually drift in the lane. 3) This is most an issue when passing a vehicle in the right lane and the truck veers towards that vehicle. Again I have to fight the truck to not steer into adjacent vehicles. The Ford dealer has diagnosed the system and found no issues or software updates. Sunroof BLOWUP. It didn't break: IT BLOW UP. Explosion was LOUD; DISORIENTING ; CONFUSING. It put vehicle, me and passagers at risk. Reson for the glass exploding are not clear. I was doing nothing that would cause it to happen. Not a use in time of explosion. No know stressers. No weather caused reasons in happening. IT EXPLODED for no know reason.

Intended breaking at Highway speeds. On [XXX] in PA and [XXX] in PA and MD. On several occasions the adaptive speed control dramatically slowed the vehicle for no apparent reason. The dash showed a speed limit change when there was no sign indicating a change. Several times the change was from 65+mph to 35 mph. The drastic speed change required swift and dramatic driver intervention to avoid collision. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

I have a 2023 Ford F-150 that has experienced a fatigue fracture failure to the drivers side axle bolt exactly as described in recall 23S65. [XXX] My truck has 18,000 miles, and I noticed unusual noise while driving at low speed. I removed the separated axle bolt segment from within my wheel, and I continue to experience a squealing noise while lightly accelerating and braking. This failure can lead to sudden loss of acceleration or vehicles rolling away while parked. Symptoms can be subtle and often go unnoticed for significant durations of time and miles driven. Recall 23S65 does not include my VIN as my truck was built in February 2023, and the recall coverage terminates for trucks built in December 2022. I inquired with Ford's recall service line and they are unwilling to consider expanding the recall, and they recommended that I instead file a complaint with NHTSA. I believe that more trucks built after December 2022 are impacted by this defective axle design and I want to ensure eligibility for redesigned parts is accordingly extended. My truck jumps/lurches forward after coming to a complete stop, despite the brake pedal being applied. It almost feels like I’m being rear ended. Very scary at first. It happens a few seconds after I come to a complete stop, and every time I stop. Doesn’t happen if I don’t come to a full stop.
