    The contact owns a 2013 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle would not properly accelerate while depressing the accelerator pedal. Additionally, while driving at slow speeds, the vehicle suddenly stalled. After restarting the vehicle, the vehicle operated as designed. The contact stated that occasionally the gear shifter could not be shifted to park(P). The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 105,000.

    The contact owns a 2013 Ford Fusion. The contact stated while driving at various speeds and depressing the brake pedal, the brake pedal went to the floor. The contact stated that while driving 65 MPH and depressing the brake pedal, the failure reoccurred. The vehicle jerked and failed to respond. The contact exited the highway and continuously depressed the brake pedal, but the brake pedal failed to respond and continuously went to the floor. The contact was able to drive to the residence. The contact stated upon pulling into the driveway, the messages "Brake Fluid Low" and "No Brake Fluid" were displayed. The contact stated that upon towing the vehicle to the dealer, she noticed a trail of brake fluid in the driveway. The contact had received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V162000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer diagnosed the vehicle and determined that the failure was related to the recall and informed the contact that she would be charged a repair fee because the recall parts were not yet available. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.     While traveling at low speed and making a turn, sometimes loss of power steering assist that is requiring a greater steering effort occurs. Increasing the risk of a crash. Dashboard warning lights turns on as in the attached photos. Similar problem resulted as a recall for certain 2013-2016 Ford Fusion vehicles, Steering Gear Motor Bolt Corrosion. However my vehicle, which is assembled in Hermosillo, Mexico, has exact same issue this recall mentions were not recalled by Ford. NHTSA Safety Recall: 19S26

    The gear downshifts multiple levels and causes worn torque converter. This unintended downshift triggers a sudden speed reduction, which could result in a loss of vehicle control and increasing the risk of a crash. Similar problem resulted with a recall for certain 2011 - 2013 Model Year F-150 Vehicles Equipped With A 6R80 Transmission, Ford Safety Recall Number: 19S07. NHTSA Recall Number: 19V-075

    Car is totaled, yes its been confirmed by TN highway patrol, wrecker service who had to get down embankment to get the vehicle, insurance. It was totaled not one air bag deployed. It was a rainy night driving i-24 towards clarksville, im in the left lane, as im going around corner towards exit 8 , a vehicle cut in front of me, to avoid a rear end collision i quickly turned my wheel to the left , as i did that 70mph the water on the road took my front vehicle up and i went down the embankment hitting trees , rocks, etc. the entire car damaged all sides. No air bags deployed. I walked away with not a pain or scratch after plummeting 15ft or so down that sloped embankment. This happened on December 10, 2021. Over a year later on December 20, 2022 someone went down that same embankment not even a mile from where i went down that slope i was mile marker 7.8. He went down that embankment a lil after exit 8 mile marker 8.4 and He died.

The contact veered into a parking lot where the contact pumped the brake pedal until the vehicle stopped. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact observed a moist patch underneath the front of the vehicle after moving the vehicle. The contact also stated that the windows failed to operate after the power window button was depressed. Additionally, the A/C unit was inoperable. The vehicle was taken to a dealer several times to be diagnosed; however, the mechanic was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The system was reset. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
