I am here to have safety recall(s) performed on my 2015 Ford Fusion. They cannot do the recall without changing defective (rusted lug nuts) at a cost of $160.00. Rusted lug nuts seem to be an issue with this model car and I feel should be covered as part of the recall if the replacement of the lug nuts is required to perform the recall safety service.

Had to have my transmission replaced due to harsh shifting into 2nd & 3rd gear while driving, as well as when you slow down it would down shift in those two gears. Had the transmission replaced, and not even a week later after they also updated the ECU for the transmission, now this transmission that was put in is doing the exact same thing. Now a few weeks later my trunk is randomly opening while I'm driving or while I'm at work, ECT.

Short Block Replacement After Coolant Intrusion is affecting our model year 2015. Ford only placed a service recall on years 2017-2019 however the same issues are affecting the prior years and Ford is doing nothing to help consumers rectify this matter. Our 2015 Ford Fusion the 1.5L EcoBoost engine is exhibiting a low coolant level, white exhaust smoke and run in a rough condition with or without an illuminated malfunction. Our car dangerously broke down on road and Ford never sent us a letter of the known issue in their car.

The OEM back up camera will spontaneously go to a black or blue screen and at times will just say, “back up camera not available”. Being without a back up camera leaves a blind spot where you can’t see small children or pets that are directly behind my car. When it does work the picture displayed is reversed wich can disorient you
