There has been virtually no communication, and their customer service isn't even aware of the issue unless reminded of it. I bought this car to be able to save on gas, and for the past year, I've pretty much been driving a regular hybrid that I have to pay extra to register because it's a partial EV, even though it's really not any more. They need to do right by us

I just purchased (4/12/24) a used Ford Fusion Energy from a Ford dealership with out them notifying me of any recall. I am concerned the car may start on fire. The dealership did not disclose there was a recall on this vehicle.
