Driving at 65mph and the vehicle began to lose power. Messages displayed on instrument cluster "Service engine soon" "Pre-Collision Asist not available" "Power train malfunction/reduced power" vehicle started losing power and was unable to maintain speed. Check engine light appeared as this was occurring. This occurred in traffic and other drivers did not expect this. I was able to pull over to the side of the road and shut the vehicle down. Once I started the truck again the check engine light remained on but I was able to accelerate back to 60mph.

Had to stop vehicle and restart several times to get car going again. Ford Pass app shows a code for Power Malfunction / Reduced Power (see image from phone app). While on [XXX} in Memphis, I lost power and many indicators came up on the dash. I was able to coast at 20mph to dealership. But this could've been way worse. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

My vehicle has been issued recall 23S27 by Ford initially noted in May of 2023. A resolution was to be available in Oct, or 4th quarter of 2023. That did not happen. I received another recall notice from Ford saying the recall would be resolved in the first quarter of 2024. While completing my taxes on April 15, I remembered this and also that no action or repair has been detailed or explained. Thought I would fire off a complaint to NHTSA because of the lack of action on this recall. Please advise what, if anything, is happening to resolve this issue.
