The contact owns a 2024 Forest River Salem Towables. The contact stated that when the trailer was set up at an RV park, one of the leveler jacks failed to operate as intended. The contact stated that later, water had leaked from the shower and soaked the flooring in the trailer. Additionally, the contact stated that the electrical system had failed, and there was only electricity for half of the trailer. The contact stated that later, the awning separated from the side of the trailer. The contact stated that the RV was returned to the dealer where it was purchased. The dealer repaired the RV. However, the contact stated that the awning was improperly repaired, and that the electrical system and the plumbing system had damaged the trailer. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 300.

Camped all weekend, and started to return home. Drove half an hour from changing the last tire and lost the driver side front. Traveling 65 mph on the highway it blew and split the tire from bead to bead perpendicular to tread. Tires were at 80psi before trip. ST225/75r15

Castle Rock brand spare tire exploded. Camper was parked. It was on the spare carrier, has always been covered to protect it from the sun. I has never been on the ground.

Forest river put large plastic panels for the underbelly on my 2022 wildwood 29vbud.Two of the panels have come lose and were hanging down dragging on ground and a third came off with a 1x1 piece of wood.I don't know where the panel and piece of wood came off at.

The contact owns a 2023 Ford F-53. The contact stated while the vehicle was parked, there was grey smoke coming from the A/C unit, and the A/C unit was inoperative. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the A/C unit needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 1,200.

Out frame is bent on both sides above the shackles towards the driver side about 5”. Insurance said it wear and tear. We do traveling healthcare and are stuck outside of an area we can work as it’s where we stay when on contract. We can’t find anywhere to work on it either.

Traveling home from Arkansas towing our RV. No difficulties noted pulled RV.Traveled only DOT roads never boondocking in which case not been taken off road. When pulling out of a Bucees in Pigeon Forge our rear driver side wheels went over a scooped curb. Did not feel it but my husband the driver saw it in the rear view mirror. Stop in Branson MO noted the driver side rear slide did not go out all the way. This has happened with another slide which required an adjustment so we planned to address upon arrival home. Sikeston MO bathroom door would not align properly to close. Lift up door and it closed. Again not found to be urgent, plan to have realigned upon arrival home. Upon arrival home we parked the RV in the driveway and noticed that the axels had shifted toward the driver side. We looked up inside and saw the leaf springs shifted. We contacted Lippert who is the manufacturer of the frame. They sent one of their inspectors to our location to inspect the RV. In preparation for the inspected we were responsible for removing the underpinning and under insulation. The inspector came. From the driveway he was able to see the shifted axels. On the way into our. home we said I can guaranteed this is a Lippert Issue. We were all underneath the RV as the inspector pointed out numerous "incomplete welds", the two crossmembers broken away. There were numerous breaks "I" beam breaks ranging from 4" to 6" in length. frame twisting. This is to mention only a few of the findings. Extensive communication with Lippert ensued. Their final declaration is "It appears that some outside force has caused the extensive damages we see on your frame and suspension. This type of damage is not consistent with normal use and wear and tear. This is not any type of warranty failure and for these reasons will not be considered for warranty coverage at this time. The slide mechanism and gear rack are out of spec per their manufacturer of the component (schwintek inverted gear rack). On my unit the “shoe” part of the rack has failed (possibly because of improper installation) and I am afraid that if the slide is not secured by the gear rack that it could slip out while the vehicle is in motion. Lippert does have a TSB for this, but apparently doesn’t apply to my date range. Lippert TSB is 146-001-2022. Forest river tells me “this can happen over time from usage.” Lippert (schwintek mfg) says: “The concern appears to stem from an out-of-spec installation. We recommend reaching out to the coach manufacturer, as they may participate in resolving the issue” Neither company appear to be concerned for safety
