2014 GMC ACADIA Complaints

10/6/2023 The vehicle shakes all over the vehicle when driving at highway speeds the shop I brought it to says that the tire tread is slipped and you can see the tread is wavy when running on the lift and is most likely the cause of the vibration. It is actually all 4 tires but a couple of them are the more worse than others. P255/55R20 is the tire size and were bought 9/9/2021 but only have 20K miles on them. I just wanted to report so if there is other complaints about this with the same tire something may be able to be done to resolve this in case this issue gets worse.

Safety Recall for this vehicle was sent received in June 2023. Dealer was contacted (Joe Holland Chevrolet in Charleston WV) and indicated there was no present fix and parts were not available. Same Dealer was contacted today (4 Oct 23) and again the Dealership said parts were not available due to the UAW strike. They have no idea when they will receive parts to fix this issue. A critical safety issue still unresolved after four plus months.

My vehicle has not recieved the recommended new module. The problem is I am afraid to drive this vehicle for fear of Injury or death as the recall states! Please advise!
