I change my oil about every 3,000 with FULL SYNTHETIC oil. I check the oil level to make sure it isn’t low. I smell a very strong odor of gasoline on the dipstick. I’ve heard Honda has been having a problem with oil dilution. My CRV is very hesitant at times and almost caused me to get into an accident on a few occasions. Something needs to be done about this and the Government needs Honda to issue a recall. Also they’re having an electrical issue. The dash and screen flicker on and off. This is very frustrating especially at night.

I arranged a service appointment with my dealer Honda of Gainesville to perform the necessary service on my recalled 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid for the 12-volt battery cable harness that does not contain a fuse on the positive power circuit and to perform a 20k miles service. During the service I was informed that dealer does not have the recall item in stock because Honda has a difficult time to keep up with the demand for the item in question. I was told that it could take months before the dealer gets another shipment, nor does the dealer intend to call affected customers when the item arrives. After a month I have to call the dealership periodically to see if the recall service can be performed. What am I to do in the meantime, keep the car in the garage and get a rental? Call the dealership daily, weekly, or monthly? I cannot afford to rent over the long haul to get to my place of work and have no idea if any one is legally required to compensate me for a rental.

235/60R18 103H On January 20 and January 21, we were coming back from road travel on Long Island, New York and received a low-pressure indicator. We serviced the tires and did not have an issue until Wednesday January 24 again a low-pressure indicator. We took the vehicle to Mr. Tire in Lewes Delaware and were told the same tire had a second puncture but all the tires had low wear and extensive cracking. We paid $85.67 for Mr. Tire to put on the spare. [XXX] felt at 24,582 miles OEM tires should not fail. [XXX] contacted the Pohanka dealer and the dealer indicated they were having some premature failure issues with the tires and would pick the vehicle up. Before Pohanka could pick up the vehicle [XXX] was driving local less than 10 miles and the driver side rear tire split and completely failed. I got car accident on 12/22/23 due to brake failure. I was at Stop Sign - zero mph (at Parking Lot near shopping mall in Concord, CA), suddenly my car unexpectedly revved and lurched forward. It then jumped the parking curb. I had to control on steering wheel to the left because the right side was Chinese Restaurant. I tried to brake and press on "P". They did not work. My car hit one of the car that parked there. Then the car was stopped. The airbag was deployed. I talked with several people that have Honda CRV Hybrid, they have same problem on the brake and Honda did not take any responsible and I feel this is not safe for me and for people that drive same road with me. I might hit more people if I still own this car. Note: I have this car less than 2 years so I still owe the bank. Note: My car was not on fire but it was smoking came out from steering wheel. I got chest, stomach, back hurt from the pushing of airbag

When steering along long curves on the highway and then trying to straighten the steering wheel, the steering wheel will feel stuck and take a bit more force to overcome the position it gets stuck at before being able to be straightened out. Adding this amount of force to overcome the stuck steering wheel causes the car to swerve slightly. This typically is observed on sweeping curves to the right. Appears to follow NHTSA inv #EA23003

The steering wheel will freeze up, and I have to forcibly jerk the wheel to the opposite direction to return directional control. This typically happens at freeway speeds in sweeping right hand turns. This problem has gotten worse over time. Problem not common in left hand turns, or at lower speeds.
