The contact had to unlock the seat belt by removing the tongue from the buckle to retract and reset for normal functionality. I took my vehicle honda hrv 2024to kellys Honda in lynnway Massachusetts for seat belt recall and they said it was done after my vehicle was serviced but after I find out it wasn't done seat belt always got same issue stuck or couldn't be released and could cause an accident kelly honda services lied about fixing the problem and its not. also I have another recall on the same vehicle its been 3 months now and they saying they haven't got the parts yet also there is visibility issue with the vehicle mirrors are not heated and front glass it won't Clair even after you turn glass heated on.
