Been hearing a clicking noise from my front end of the prologue for quite some time. Keep having it written off that it’s nothing. However I see people having complaints and getting the vehicle serviced. Also my charger door compartment has been replaced 2x and is almost headed in for a third replacement. Buy back investigation has been launched by Honda. No news since July

Service High Voltage System alarm + Service Vehicle Soon alarm warning. This with no heat while driving at 10,836 miles. Took in to dealer for service and reportedly a known problem with the freon system and end cap. My thought is this should be a recall fix by Honda/GM because there are many many complaints of it amongst 2024 Prologue Owners.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Persistent CV Joint Clicking Noise I am writing to formally document an ongoing issue with the constant velocity (CV) joints in my vehicle, which produce a noticeable clicking noise during low-speed turns, particularly at 90-degree intersections. This concern was first reported to my Honda dealer shortly after I leased the vehicle. At that time, the noise was intermittent; however, it has since progressed and now occurs consistently with every such maneuver.I understand that this is a recognized issue within Honda service departments. However, I maintain that audible clicking from CV joints under these conditions is not normal or acceptable wear behavior for a vehicle of this age and mileage.I am particularly concerned about vehicle safety, as steering and drivetrain integrity are critical to safe operation. The increasing frequency and volume of the noise suggest potential degradation that could compromise safety over time. Additionally, given that the vehicle utilizes a GM-derived chassis, I worry that this shared platform may contribute to reluctance from either manufacturer to implement a permanent resolution.Honda service representatives have informed me that there is no known permanent fix and that replacement of the CV joints merely delays the recurrence of the symptom. This issue is noted heavily on Internet forums, too. I respectfully request this be considered by NHTSA for manufacturer recall.

Clicking noises when turning. Turning left worse than right. Sounds like bad CV joints. Car only has 13,000 miles on it.

    - CV Joint(s), front, both left and right are failing. Clicking on both sides is getting progressively worse. Yes would be available for inspection. - To date, no safety incidents. - Vehicle has been inspected twice now by the dealership. First at ~6 months old, now at ~10 months. Honda is acknowledging this problem, but is not allowing the dealership to fix the problem as it is under " investigation". The CV joints are clearly failing and Honda is doing nothing about it.
