After updating my Prologue and driving it for a few miles, I'm now seeing a message that says: "Service High Voltage System / Service vehicle soon." The car will not accept a charge at all and the heat/defroster will not work. It will only blow cold air (which may just be outside air circulating meaning full hvac isn’t working).

Charging Port. car will not charge no more under 6000 miles under 10 months of ownership. I have a 3 year at least. I haven't even had it a year yet. No vehicle now waiting to hear back from Honda. They gave me a loner the dealership. Did I think this is an unsafe feature of this vehicle? And I think I should receive. A new vehicle. This vehicle needs a recall, so no one gets hurt. Or stranded on the side of the road. Because the car won't charge no more. Please help me with this matter sincerely. [XXX] of Portland Maine. I noticed a clicking sound whenever I made a turn, whether it was left or right. I reported the issue to Honda’s service department, and they were able to reproduce the problem. Initially, I was informed that the required parts were on back order. However, I recently received a call informing me that the parts were now available. I brought the vehicle in for the replacement, but when I picked it up, I was told that the problem had not been resolved.

After having my car plugged in over night, I unplugged my vehicle and put the cap on the charger. Since I was going to be gone for 4 days, I decided to unplug my charger from the wall. Since I had turned my back to the charging port, I didn’t notice the charge door was still open. I got in the car and I proceeded to back out of the garage with the door ajar. There is a warning light on the dash but while in reverse in a garage, a number of parking sensors are always beeping so I was desensitized to beeps. The charge door caught the side of the garage door and bent too far backwards and broke. I really wish the vehicle either made you acknowledge the warning before it would move or the warning showed up on the camera screen as well, where your eyes are drawn while reversing versus the screen in front of you.

My 2024 Honda Prologue that has only 2486 miles. I took it into the dealership only to be told that they are making new parts for the known problem! It is a safety issues that the CV joints could fail completely while driving, that could cause a fatal accident. I can't believe I was reassured by the dealership it is safe to drive. I do NOT want to be a statistic from a lethal car accident. Not to mention what other problems will it have if I continue to drive the vehicle. It may not show up today but it could cause problems long after the warranty is up.

Where to begin? not even 2 weeks after having this vehicle it nearly caused a major accident and gave me whiplash & neck problems (have doctors documentation as proof) when the automatic breaking system hard breaked my vehicle twice in the same trip (20 minutes from work to home) with the second time resulting in my car skidding quite a few feet on a highway in the middle of rush hour traffic (want to note the distance in front of the car was quite significant both times) also both CV joint axles need replacing on top of rear passenger door is not the right size & often pops open. Honda dealership has my vehicle for 31 days back in December January stating parts for door would be in within the month and the cv axle would be beginning of march. here it is March 26th and I've heard nothing from the dealership after multiple attempts of trying to get a hold of them. also worked with Honda and opened a claim who also is ignoring my calls. I hardly want to touch the vehicle as I'm afraid of it causing a major accident or the door popping open as I'm driving with my children in the car.

Multiple problems. Suspension/axles grinding and popping when go around corners, multiple messages to service high voltage system, complete loss of power while driving, loss of awd system, extremely loud thunking under hard acceleration (merging onto freeway etc), that shakes the whole car and can cause it to go off track a bit. deathtrap on wheels, dealer's no help, corporate is no help.

Break failure on highway causing MVA- multiple attempts were made to slow down and break vehicle to no response what so ever. Pressed breaks all the way down, nothing, no air, no resistance, no sounds, vehicle kept on going. In an attempt to save myself from an accident that could have been much worse, I jumped out of the moving vehicle, landing the back of my head on the cement highway floor toward left end of bumper. This vehicle is not safe and should be taken off the roads. I have 2 toddlers and am traumatized. The vehicle stopped after some impact in the middle of the highway. From the moment of receiving this car there has been some sort of issue with it's breaks. Initially short stopping on it's own when gas peddle not pressed- had the setting fixed for that to then experience multiple whiplashes for no reason while driving. Attempted to connect the starlink on multiple occasions as well to no success and just a bunch of wasted time trying. In addition to all the alarming safety concerns, this car would not heat up well- 40 minutes into my ride I'd start to feel some warmth. I would love to have this case investigated further and sue honda for allowing such a dangerous vehicle on the roads. My accident was bad but the honest truth is that it could have been worse and no one should have be subject to this danger.
