2024 HONDA PROLOGUE Complaints

CV joint needs replaced. Hearing clicking noise when making sharp left and right turns. Has been occurring for several weeks now.

A knocking or clicking sound occurs when the vehicle is changing direction; for example, when stopped at a corner and turning either left or right, oftentimes at low speed. This same clicking or knocking sound appears to come from the front (I am assuming at the axle) began appearing sometime in late December 2024. I did not know it was a problem experienced by other Honda Prolgoue owners until I watched a video on YouTube. I have made an appointment with the dealer, who said there is a charge to diagnose this problem on a car I bought in November 2024 at that dealership.

On 2/16/2025, I was slowly (maybe 5mph or slower) backing out of an Electric vehicle charging stall. Rain was falling lightly. The AEB system activated more than five times in a span of 60 seconds. The vehicle thought there was an obstruction in my path, even though there was no vehicle behind me or in front of me. There was a vehicle that was parked in the other stall charging.

Loud clicking when turning sharply left and right, believe it’s related to faulty axel or CV joints on vehicle. Only 1500 miles on odometer.

When I turn from stop or an uneven piece of road, I can hear a knocking noise come from my car. I know that other Honda Prologue owners have experienced the same issue.

When making turn left or right there is a noticeable cracking, ticking, knocking noise coming from suspension, sometimes it feels that i am about to loose the control of the steering. Went to Honda Dealership where I purchased the vehicle located at 35 Magee Ave, Stamford, CT 06902 they diagnosed the vehicle and confirmed that there was a noise due to faulty CV Axle Joint, however refused to fix it, they stated there are no recalls for this models and stated that the it is the vehicle characteristics. For me it raises serious safety issue, I can lose the control of steering whenever I am turning and cause fatal results. Please take this issue in consideration and review carefully.

High Voltage error in car and unable to charge at 3100 miles. Now without a car and dealership/Honda will not give courtesy car. The front suspension makes clicking noise in cold weather when turning.
