2018 JAGUAR F-PACE- Woodstock, GA
While driving, the engine suddenly shut off without warning. The first incident occurred in May 2025 and stalled twice in late August 2025. Each time I lost motive power and steering/brake assist dropped, I coasted to a safe spot, turned the ignition off and back on, and the vehicle restarted. In May, a shop retrieved P0087 – fuel rail/system pressure too low. They could not reproduce the problem, added DEF, and cleared the code. The issue has recurred. No crash or injuries. The Check Engine light was on in May; no other warnings were noted at the time of the stall. The vehicle is available for inspection and is being towed to a diesel specialist for diagnosis. Suspected area is the fuel delivery system (low rail pressure). Odometer: 47,500.

2020 JAGUAR E-PACE- Weston, FL
I own a 2020 Jaguar E-PACE (VIN: [XXXX]). At around 84,000 miles, the vehicle experienced a complete transmission failure that requires over $20,000 in repairs. This failure occurred despite multiple prior visits to the dealership for coolant-related warnings and repairs. The vehicle is less than 5 years old. I believe this may be a manufacturing defect affecting the powertrain or cooling system. The failure poses serious safety concerns, especially considering the sudden loss of power on the road. I request an investigation into this issue. •VIN: [XXX] •Mileage: ~84,000 •Dealer/City: Jaguar North Miami – 2300 NE 151st St, North Miami, FL 33181 Key history (summary): •Coolant warnings logged five times: [XXX] [XXX] (linked to water-pump leak/repair); [XXX]; [XXX]; [XXX]. •Documented repair: Water-pump replacement on 06/17/2022. *Please escalate this matter*: I cannot justify absorbing a $20,000 repair for what is clearly a manufacturer defect on a five-year-old Jaguar, and I don’t want this issue to end my relationship with the brand. A prompt intervention would go a long way in restoring my trust. Thank you for your time and leadership. I’m available anytime at the number below. 2018 JAGUAR F-PACE- HULL, MA
2018 Jaguar F-pace power steering rack failure: Driving in heavy rain [XXX] on [XXX] entered a flooded roadway. The entire 4 lane roadway was flooded at the underpass. Thousands of cars in all 4 lanes passed through the flooded roadway at 10 MPH. The highway was backed up for miles. The water did not appear to be too deep (3 to 4 inches deep); however, water entered the steering rack and shorted out the electric steering and power steering failed, and warning came on that said “OK to drive with caution Power steering assistance reduced”, we then pulled off the road to see what had happened. My wife who was driving at the time could barely control the car as we exited the highway. Steering was difficult but I managed to make it home and parked the car. Since then, we brought it to our mechanic and he confirmed that electric power steering rack has failed due to water ingress and he could not do the repair. He provided a picture of the crack in the corroded aluminum casting. The car has not been repair so part is available for inspection at this time. After doing an internet search for similar problems we found that this is a known safety issue on F-Pace and Land Rover Valar since they share the same steering rack. There have been hundreds of these failures in US and Great Briton. There is a facebook page dedicated to this failure with over 1,300 members, all of which have reported this failure. “JLR Power Steering Alliance Group (Jaguar F-Pace & Range Rover Velar)” The car is not safe to drive, I had it towed to dealer. The steering is so heavy it would be very difficult to respond to and emergency with out power steering, which can fail at any moment if it gets wet. 2019 JAGUAR XE- Charlotte, NC
I am the owner of a 2019 Jaguar XE with fewer than 50,000 miles on it. On July 11th, 2025, the check engine light came on, prompting me to drive straight to the Jaguar dealership for diagnostic evaluation. Upon inspection, I was informed that I needed a new timing chain, sprockets, and coolant pump. Shortly after, I became aware of Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) #H299NAS2, issued by Jaguar on December 22, 2020. This TSB acknowledged an issue with the Variable Camshaft Timing Solenoids and instructed dealers to perform repairs under warranty by October 31, 2022. A second TSB was issued on March 18, 2020 for "insufficient wear on of Variable Camshaft Timing solenoid bush". Despite multiple service visits to the dealership within this specified timeframe, Jaguar failed to address this issue on my vehicle, resulting in a premature safety defect. This defect has now rendered my vehicle unsafe for operation. In response, I filed a repair assistance claim with Jaguar on July 17th. I diligently followed up on the status of my claim via email on July 22nd, July 29th, August 1st, and August 4th. Each time, I was informed that the claim was still under review, with no estimated timeline provided for the review process. On August 8th, three weeks after submitting my claim, I sent a formal request for an update and requested a loaner vehicle if the review process was to be prolonged. I received no response. I reiterated this request on August 9th, again to no avail. On August 11th, I submitted a third request, which has also gone unanswered.
