2013 JAGUAR XF- Browns Summit, NC
There have been constant issues with this vehicle. The car has a strong odor of gasoline when driven. No alarms or indicators tells me that there is a problem. There have been safety recalls on this particular model that have the exact same issues but when checked my vin number is not listed. This needs to be investigated because I believe that this is an continuance of the same issues that has affected the 2013 XF Jaguars.

2019 JAGUAR I-PACE- Palm Springs, CA
I tried to move my Jaguar I-Pace car yesterday - totally unresponsive. Finally got a door to open; dash said the car had zero miles (it had 140 available when last shut off). Then got a "Charging System Fault" message. Dash info kept turning off. Car won't accept electricity to charge, charging panel lights kept flashing, then all the doors locked and the alarm went off, with no way to turn it off as the key fob didn't work. When I googled "charge system fault" it is a common problem causing major headaches. It happened to a neighbor too; another I-Pace, different year! This needs to be a recall so Jaguar will address this issue before their cars die, not after. Per the internet, Jaguar is sometimes taking weeks to fix this which is unacceptable.

Additionally, the contact stated that while at a complete stop with the vehicle in drive(D), the vehicle would reverse independently. The contact would immediately depress the brake pedal. The warning message "Gear Box Fault" was illuminated. There was no further information provided. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic several times where it was diagnosed that the failure was associated with NHTSA Campaign Number: 04V024000 (Power Train). The independent mechanic then contacted the local dealer who advised that the transmission control module (TCM) was previously reprogrammed under NHTSA Campaign Number: 04V024000 (Power Train) in 2004. The dealer advised that they could not assist as the software was no longer available. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 120,000.

2017 JAGUAR F-PACE- San Francisco , CA
This has happened to us 3 times where we would have between 17-25 miles left on gas in our car and the vehicle would completely shut down on us; once on the freeway and once on an extremely busy street. Once the car shuts down, we can turn it on in terms of lights, music etc. however the car will not come back on to drive. I’ve reported this to jaguar in San Francisco more than once and they keep saying it’s the gas. Our gas never reaches the red line.
